I was having issues scheduling an appointment online with Dr. Snipes and, therefore, called the office to get help. I explained to the woman that I had selected a time slot on the website but inadvertently hit the back button while filling out the form and therefore was unable to complete the appointment confirmation. I asked if she could assist me in finishing the process. The lady was incredibly rude, told me tough luck and hung up on me!! Serious Concerns Regarding Professionalism and Patient Care I am writing this review to document a deeply concerning experience that reflects a lack of professionalism, organization, and basic respect for patients. I have been seeing Dr. Snipps for over two years. He is caring and complete with ever patient and every time I have gone in. The office and supporting staff have been the absolute best in the business. II couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff exuded warmth and efficiency, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and reassuring.
