Snipes farm is so much fun for the entire family :)
This weekend a small group of us visited Snipes Farm & Education Center and had a wonderful tour and teach in. Not only did we meet the farmers and learn about their planting schedule, we met turkeys, chickens, adorable friendly goats and some beautiful horses in their winter coats. We snipped and tasted bits of cabbage (so sweet!) and learned about the challenges of keeping a corn maze, pumpkin patch and apple orchard all in working order. How can you call yourselves an educational center when you can't take care of the bunnies properly. I for one am going to spread the word and am going back in a week to see how they are fairing.

Was there for the first time to support "Land of Enchantment" event. It was a wonderful festival for the family. I, personally, went solo to see some amazing performances by "The Crimson Pirates" and "The Greatest Pirate Story Never Told" . I enjoyed strolling around this lovely venue watching people engaging in the Enchantment of "playing" outdoors and interacting with nature. I only wish that there was an offering of fresh fruit or veggie salad or smoothie from the farm to tickle my taste buds. Overall, big fun!
Love Snipes, the farm and people are great. I have loved being a part of the CSA for the past 3 years
