I have taken two of my pets here one dog one cat and they have done absolutely amazing always heal properly. Never any issues and I love their prices. It’s a great place to take your pet when it’s time to spay and neuter.
I took my 2 year old DLH black cat, tomato to SNiP for a neutering procedure for only $79. Snip does more than spay/neuter for cats and dogs. They offer many other pet services! They were very helpful, and sent several appointment reminder emails to get you ready for your appointment. They are very clear on instructions for your appointment, how to prepare, and how to care for your pet after the procedure. Good place to get your cat spayed and neutered but beware of purchasing the 'cone' for your female animal. They charge you $18 for a cheap plastic cone with gauze! Purchase your own since you will get a better option.
I took my kitten Moxi in to get neutered and had a wonderful experience with this place. From start to finish the communication was clear and informative. The ease of drop off and pick up was a breeze. I love the text chat that was available for anything I needed. And, when they say low cost, they absolutely mean it! Being on a fixed income this is important to me. I would absolutely use them again if needed. I highly recommend this facility for your pet care needs. 10/10 for sure.
The girl at the front desk was awful and rude!!!!! My review is not based on the delay from needing medical records. I understand that and should have provided those. It was at check in prior- extremely unsettling to drop off a pet you love with someone so dismissively rude and unpersonable. When I picked up my cat they told me he would be out of sorts from the drugs they gave him but I have 3 other cats and have never had a cat that messed up on drugs.
