Horrible customer service. Older lady is very rude and short tempered. Very unprofessional
Older lady at the front desk was very rude and kept talking over me. Someone on the phone said they accept walk ins but when I arrived, I was told my fur baby could not be seen bc they only accept walk ins on certain days. I was fine with that, but when I asked for assistance with giving me a few places that might take me as a walk in, this lady named 3 places so fast and walked off to the next customers. I hope she has a better day!
The vax clinic in Minooka was well organized and my pup was well cared for. Really well priced too
