One of the worst places to take your child. Pls go elsewhere to sharks or another place that caters to kids. My daughter got shampoo in her eye while washing her hair and started crying profusely. The Eastern European lady physically held her down and forced her to wash her hair. My daughter started screaming at this point and that's when I had to tell the lady to stop. These people should not be around kids !!!!!

If you are searching for a place that cuts ethnic hair, this is not the place! Yes, prior to the service, I confirmed if there was someone available. $30 definitely wasted.

I’m reviewing for a haircut from a few months ago. I have been a snip-its customer for probably 14 years, my eldest even had a birthday party here many years ago. The service was usually good but there was always someone who was not good at haircuts or their service was bad.
