SNIP is very compassionate and professional. They truly care!
Ran very poorly, talking trash about customers, and staff are rude with unnecessary attitudes. I came because I am a huge animal advocate and wanted to support their work. A customer came in letting the staff know that his dog has a fear of other dogs and couldn’t walk through the extremely small space if other dogs were present, he insisted he can move his appointment to be last if it was an inconvenience.
