I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Snider Fleet Solutions. one tire change took over 6 hours despite the shop not being very busy. There appeared to be a lack of urgency and communication throughout the process. As a driver, excessive delays directly impact time and income. I hope management addresses the efficiency and customer service concerns at this location.
Stay away from this road service. I requested a road service for 2 fuel filters to be changed. After 2.5 hours of waiting they eventually give me an update and tell me that they can’t find the fuel filters and are no longer able to assist me.
