I come to install new Michelin STEER tire on my semi truck. I pay for balancing too. They start mount tire without balancing ! I am returned them! Then i found they mounted wrong direction one tire((( (michelin steer have one direction). After changing tire direction they tried mounted without balancing. Took the truck for tires and alignment, they installed the tires, but did not perform the alignment, citing special equipment on the truck (its just an F250 with moveable equipment). Did not call and let me know they couldn't perform alignment, just installed the tires anyway. So now I have to waste an entire extra day taking the truck somewhere else, instead of having all the services performed at once at one place.
