Very professional and they have a nice lounge area
I came in and had the best customer service
They say they close at 5:00pm but they really close at 4:30 Terrible service
I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Snider Fleet Solutions. one tire change took over 6 hours despite the shop not being very busy. There appeared to be a lack of urgency and communication throughout the process. As a driver, excessive delays directly impact time and income. I hope management addresses the efficiency and customer service concerns at this location.
