Took my work truck here without an appointment and they were able to service it the same day at a fair price

Brought my truck in the first 2 times to get my radiator hose fixed, a couple of new tires, oil change, and they claimed I needed a new pitney arm and wheel bearing. I spent about 2k between the 2 trips. Well one day not too long after, I noticed my truck would start making a sound about 45 minutes into driving. My first instinct was to do all the basic checks so I checked my engine oil level.
