During our journey from Tennessee to Arizona along Interstate 40, our vehicle experienced a flat tire and a bent rim. Good Sam referred us to Snider, who provided exceptional assistance. They dedicated an entire day to sourcing a replacement rim for our RV. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to continue our trip; without their support, we might have remained stranded in Tennessee.

I recently had service done at Snider Fleet Solutions, and while some parts of the experience were fine, there was a major issue that left me very dissatisfied. The wait time was actually good, and John Hubler at the front desk did an okay job handling things. However, the problem came with the tires that were installed on my trailer. After the install before I even left the shop,I checked the DOT numbers and saw they were dated 1022, meaning the tires are already about 4 years old. Did an alignment for our ford F-350 99 dually, service was bad and I’m sure they over charged us. I had to contact them multiple times about the update, so terrible communication. Wheels still weren’t aligned. I do not recommend getting your alignment done at this shop.
