Things have to be said as they are, and the truth is the service is terrible and they are dishonest.
Order for 6 new Toyo tires for my Class A very promptly handled by Cobie at the Gastonia, NC, location. After installation of tires, vibration when motorhome driven and 2 of the tires turned out to be significantly out of spec (out of round) and so not able to be balanced.
