Frustrated customer This company was terrible at customer service. I must have called this place at least 3 times to try to get through to a person to find out where my parts were at!!! I got through one time and I was disconnected! I will not use them again!
broken operation Checked on-line for inventory of an item they showed in stock. They had the item so I ordered it on-line. It wasn't in stock and was on back order. Called customer service and they said I would have to wait for the part or my refund 7 days. After two of my on-line orders have gone bad, I am done with these slobs. Bad experience. The on-line inventory was wrong. This is a broken operation.
Bad service and bad experience The parts are easy to order however they don't tell you that it will take two to three weeks in order for you to get them. when you ask for their help on tracking the parts or a tracking number the line goes silent. Half the time they don't answer the phone, the lines are too busy - can't get through to anyone! I do not recommend them.
Very Rude and Deceitful They show a 85-125 psi pressure switch for my Porter Cable 135 psi compressor on their site and after confirming that it was a different one, speaking with Gia, she said that they did have the right one which was about 10.00 more. Also paid extra for 3 day shipping, otherwise it would take 2 weeks to get, only to examine the switch I received to discover it was the 85-125 psi switch. Calling Gia back was frustrating as she then tells me that is the only one they carry and that is what I ordered!!! Ret... read more
Got Ripped Off I ordered a trigger valve kit from Master Tool for my nail gun. It took 8 working days (11 consecutive days) to get the part. When it came the part looked like it had been returned from anouther customer. It was not in original packing and was missing two important parts from the kit. READ THIS....NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a part for my air compressor. When I received it, it was defective. And not just a little defective, the ENTIRE valve stem had a HUGE crack. When I called to speak to them, the first person answered the phone chewing gum in my ear like a cow. I got transferred around several times. I was first told they would refund me to ship the part back with a method I choose. After I said I would send it back priority they said NO to the refund then said that they would not do it at all. Great service, great techs I had an old Campbell Hausfeld compressor. Most parts for this unit were not available. Master Tool Repair found a part that would substitute and get my compressor back and running. It took a little modification to get it installed like they told me, but it now works and I didn't have to buy a new compressor. Most places simply want to sell you a new unit, but they didn't. They got me the part I needed. Thanks guys! I would recommend them.
HORRIBLE company. AVOID These online guys are amazingly negligent.
