We had a great time cutting down our own Christmas tree for the very first time. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. They had THOUSANDS of Douglas Fir to choose from of varying sizes for every house hold. Cutting down our own tree will definitely be an annual tradition moving forward.
Today was our first time shopping for a tree here and this place really has a huge selection of really good trees. By far one of the largest tree farms we've been to in the area. We found a beautiful tree today but wow their prices are steep. A 7ft tree cost us $173. That's twice the price I've ever paid in my life to cut down a tree. I think in the future this place will be our backup if we can't find a tree at one of the smaller cheaper farms.
What a great experience! This was our first time visiting the Christmas tree farm and it did not disappoint:) We arrived very early before they opened waited in line with several cars and I have to praise the staff for being so helpful and efficient it was definitely worth the wait! We still need to put our family ornaments on the tree but just getting the lights on you can see how beautiful our Blue Spruce is. Thank you Snickers Gap Christmas Tree Farm, we are looking forward to next year!
Chopped down our tree on November 24th and it was still holding its needles 7 weeks later! This lovely tree farm has become our family tradition- even our ornery teenagers enjoy the experience and the measuring poles they provide are brilliant!
