We were referred here by our vet. After a year and a half of having good results from the blood work, we hear our pup has a heart murmur. Apparently noted by the vet, yet never mentioned to us. They suggest a cardiologist appointment. We make the appointment. We get a call a day before saying they want half of the cost up front. We ignore that. As a pet owner of multiple pets and have used this hospital for years and spending thousands of dollars here I can not believe they treated me and my wife like this today. Rude staff when dealing with their billing error due to their system change over and a duplicate invoice and wasting time to care for a sick pet when they didn't even have what was needed to properly perform the services after waiting for a month. A few years ago I was referred here by my vet who is right down the street from because they could not diagnose what was wrong with my four year old Bernese Mountain Dog. I don't want to get into a long story so I'm just going to give you the results. They charged me $1,600 on my credit card without authorization and when I called to ask about why this bill which being built on my credit card without my consent they said but that was the card that they had on file. I would like to share the experience that I went through when I took my cat to Southern New Hampshire Veterinary Referral Hospital. A few days before my cat appointment the receptionist call to tell me the price for my cat proceed and than when we got there on the day of my cat appointment the price for my cat proceed was different.
