we were searching for a better loan structure for our company. SNH not only found a wonderful deal they supported us through the whole process assuring a successful deal.
Terrible experience, sketchy company. Owner is full of lame excuses and does nothing to earn his fee. Go anywhere else, just don't give this guy your time or money. Total waste of time. I only wish I could give zero stars. One star is way too good for this business and the disappointing outcome. As long as he gets his fee he doesn't care what kind of deal it is.
Refinanced a 10 unit apartment with them. Will use them in the future. Had a great experience
