SNG are truly nice people. I had a serious problem with some extraneous blockage in my flue, mid way up the chimney. They gave me a fair quote to remove the blockage, but the old chimney would not cooperate. A contractor could have easily added significant charges by showing that the problem was beyond the scope of the original estimate, but SNG simply did not do that. They called me back quickly and put me on their schedule for the following day. Scott was polite and informative, Technician Gary explained the process for cleaning my chimney and detected some cracks in my crown that needed repair. They completed the repair and it cost less than I expected. I was very satisfied with SNG Chimney Sweep and will use them again for any chimney needs.
