I went there for pickup. It took around 3 hours to get loaded. Easy docks. There is a staging area for waiting and overnight parking. Scale in and scale out.
They dont care about your appointment time. I was on time still waiting and other came after me and ger loaded.
Very slow..
Check in process easy simple and the people up front nice and friendly...watch a film get a badge etc....However once I got to a dock (2) I've been sitting here 5 1/2 hours watching trucks come in and go and yet I sit here ....waste of time pu says 8am-3pm it's now 3:30pm and nothing... finally got hold of someone here in shipping apparently they messed up the paperwork (and there trusted w chemicals) and said my appointment is 4pm...wasn't given a appointment RC says 8-3 no appointment fcfs ....this is a incompetent place. ... read more
