Check in process easy simple and the people up front nice and friendly...watch a film get a badge etc....However once I got to a dock (2) I've been sitting here 5 1/2 hours watching trucks come in and go and yet I sit here ....waste of time pu says 8am-3pm it's now 3:30pm and nothing... finally got hold of someone here in shipping apparently they messed up the paperwork (and there trusted w chemicals) and said my appointment is 4pm...wasn't given a appointment RC says 8-3 no appointment fcfs ....this is a incompetent place. ... read more
Extremely long wait to be loaded,Won’t be back
Overnight place to rest is available, the place is 24/7 open, every is really nice , from the reception to inside,they will guide you and protect you . If you're a driver have your PPE available on fliplops. You watch a video which last around 15 to 20 minutes get your id to get in ..overall great place
Super nice peoples at the checkin office when you first arrive make sure you park at the staging area ( do not drive straight into the gate ) walk toward the green building once you check they’ll ask you if its your first time if so they’ll ask you to watch 10 minutes video about safety once you’re done watching the video they’ll either tell you your door is ready or they’ll tell you go and wait in your truck and wait for the call MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR SAFETY HELMET, long sleeve shirt long pants and closed toes shoe IF yo... read more
