Had an appointment for my son today. did the check-in 2 days ago to save time at the office. took off from work early, hence losing time and money. got my son out of school early, hence he lost learning time. went to the office on time and had to wait 50 minutes as people who came after me went in and were done and left. asked the receptionist what is taking them so long, she replied that Dr. Dunagan is running late. what bothers me is that there is no concern or value for my time as a patient's parent. I am appalled at the fact many of the staff members and nurses were not wearing masks when my daughter took her newborn baby in for her wee- check. We are in the midst of a pandemic & they chose to treat patients without masks. Now I’m worried about my grand daughter! They are treating multiple patients & we.don’t know who has been exposed or is asymptomatic. Why would medical professionals put babies & children in harm’s way? The doctor wore a mask but the nurse & recetionists were not! Shocked & sad!!!
