I have been buying products from Snelling for 20 years. They have changed their ordering system so that you have to order online first and cannot simply buy products at the warehouse. If you want to place an order, you have to call head office and set up a new account, then transfer your old account info to the new system. It took me 3 trips to their Ottawa outlet, 3 phone calls, and 45 minutes of waiting in the car before I could take delivery of my order. Not exactly customer-friendly. I have been buying products from Snelling for 20 years. They have unfortunately changed their ordering system so that you have to order online first and cannot simply buy products at the warehouse. They have not yet managed to organize their supposedly more efficient online ordering system in any remote fashion. In order to view their products online, you have to call head office and set up a new account, and transfer your old account info to the new system.
