I went into the clinic, was told I could get inserts and shoes- over the next few weeks my questions were not answered, they did not know how to read my plan benefits. Caused massive confusion with my insurance, Aetna. After they had a supervisor from my insurance call and confirm all my benefits, they demanded that I sign an ABN document stating that I would pay for the products if insurance did not. Got measured for a crow boot, called back in 3 weeks to see the progress and they hadn't even ordered it yet. Not a happy customer.
Jennifer & Riley are great! I dealt face to face with Jennifer & she was SUPER helpful & kind. She went above & beyond to help with some issues we were having. She gave us some great info & suggestions. I believe Riley worked on our issue as well & I couldn't be more pleased. Keep up the great work! Would definitely recommend them!
