My husband was referred by Dr's at Choctaw clinic. He needed inserts for his shoes to help with tender heels and one leg shorter than other by 1/4 inch. When we finally picked them up, (no Mail service?), 1.5 hour ride he wasn't fitted at office. He inserted them at home. Front of insert is flimsy and heel is hard plastic. He was limping immediately, but tried to persevere. We didn't go to church, didn't go anywhere he was in so much pain. When you walk in the door, you are treated with respect and professional attention, very nice to talk with. The person that designed and built my leg, Kevin Q. Zhang, was very professional and courteous. I have had artificial legs since 1972, and this was by far the best leg I have ever had. This Fort Smith office is #1 in all aspects of procedure.

I was very impressed with Kevin. He was kind and knowledgeable. He took time to address the children and explain things to the different therapists in the room.
