I'm not sure why they have let this place go to crap but it's been ridiculous trying to deal with them. My veteran husband needs a lift in 1 shoe due to having 1 leg shorter. We have gotten shoes there multiple times with no problem until now. We live 2 hours away and came the first time to order the shoes. Visit 2 to pick up. Got home with the shoes and they had not done the modifications needed. Husband didn't realize until he started having back problems. Called and told them so they said bring it back. So sorry.
