originally had an appointment with the dealership’s collision shop, but after waiting 30 minutes with no response, I called JDS. They immediately told me to stop by, and once I arrived, the process was quick and efficient—within 5 minutes everything was handled, and they even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up. My mazda had some minor bumber damage. Chris from the Snell Collision set everything up from Car rental, and daily coordination of repairs. The price was very fair for bumber replacement, underliner, and side panel. The car was 100% washed and detailed and is like new. Could not be happier.
Chris Dockery did a good job taking care of us. The wheels that I had repaired look great and the minor scratches were also repaired well. Would use them again.
Advisor communicated very poorly with me. I had to constantly call to get updates. Also, he kept forgetting to update the Rental company and the whole entire process was messy.
