Advisor communicated very poorly with me. I had to constantly call to get updates. Also, he kept forgetting to update the Rental company and the whole entire process was messy.
High quality work, my car looks great. I had numerous issues with the other driver’s insurance company, and Snell (specifically Chris Dockery) went above and beyond to help with the process. Would have taken much longer without his help. Thank you, Chris! Highly recommend Snell.
Chris was awesome. My defender was repaired to like new condition and even washed before I picked it up. Chris went above and beyond by meeting me after hours on Saturday to pick up my vehicle.
