Absolutely unacceptable experience. What should have been a simple scheduled appointment turned into a complete mess. It took far longer than promised just to have my vehicle looked at, which already showed a lack of respect for my time. Then after I picked up my vehicle, I received a call informing me that my hatchback had not even been reassembled properly and that the technician may have left tools inside. I have used Snell for many repairs. They are always very kind. The service is always fast. The Shuttle drivers are also very kind. My car is always cleaner than when I dropped it off. Great place.

Bought my truck from snell and they were selling it as is which was fine, they told me it needed some work which they said they’d cover. They took care of all the mechanical issues it had with no problems. Buying the truck was a breeze, however after driving it for a while I started to notice a constant glitch in the radio.
