Highly recommend for laser therapy. All of the technicians are really caring. Update: they are now our primary veterinarians and I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Scorgie. She is amazing.

I had an incredible first experience & am so happy to have found Dr. McQueen & all the staff working at Snelgrove! Dr. McQueen displays such a knowledgeable, honest, kind and caring bedside manner! The staff are all very friendly from Andrea, to the vet techs and front desk staff. My dog had a minor procedure which was handled so professionally, from scheduling to follow up apt. Took my Cat for an upper respiratory infection and was prescribed antibiotics. After about 7 days I noticed her eyes were very dilated and cloudy, when I checked the medication and dosage, turns out I was given 3 times the dosage of a very strong antibiotic which when overdosed causes blindness in cats. My cat was only one year old when this happened. Very careless and very negligent. Now my cat has to be on medication for the rest of her life and has to visit the animal eye clinic which is very costly and the clinic refuses... read more
