The secretary Sheila left me a voicemail and she thought she hung up but she didn’t and she proceeds to talk so rudely about me and my dog with another staff member who was also agreeing. Saying things like “these f*cking people don’t Listen” “they want us to coddle them” “the f*cking dog”, this shows such a toxic office culture and it shows that their “nice” facade is a big lie. I took my dog to another vet & they catched feelings to the point they sent my paper work to the other vet when they never had time . Good work 💪
Dr. Natalie Scorgie IS THE REAL MOTHER TO MY BABY. She cares more about the animals than anything else. From the time I was recommended to her. To the first time I got to see her. It’s was amazing to see someone that truly loves their job and animals. She explains everything thoroughly and so you understand and learn and doesn’t try to sell you a bunch of BS you dont need.
