I'm a patient of Olivia Clelland who has treated me successfully for chronic UTI's. In a telephone call to her office Saturday with symptoms of yet another UTI, I was put through to Dr. Raja who was on call for the weekend. I found her to be extremely rude in that she took issue with my past treatment, would not give me a chance to speak and suggested I go to the Eagle walk-in clinic. I decided to wait and received a call from Olivia Clelland's office today, Monday 3/25/24. I'll await her instructions.

I was blindsided by Doctor Raju with a dismissal letter, haven't spoken with her in months I have serious health issues I've been going to her for almost 2 years without any issues. I know her assistant is no longer with her it's strange after she left I received this letter I just don't understand. Maybe someone told her something that wasn't true. But I feel as a doctor I should have received a call or something. All I can say is DON'T put your life in her hands because you may get dropped without a reason
