The low level review is due to the considerable lack of courtesy and poor service etiquette. Although the setting and horticultural arrangement are quite charming, the customer service was appalling. The first few inquires w/ Snead representatives where answered due to lack of knowledge. After setting all of the plants for intended purchase on the counter, I clearly communicated to two Snead staff members the desire to think about all of the plants.
