I have engaged Doug Booth of S, V & P to help with estate and real estate matters. I have found him to be efficient, pragmatic and effective. He is responsive and gets to the point quickly, and he is tough when it’s called for. He communicates complex legal matters in direct and simple terms. I have recommended Doug to others, who consistently report back that they are pleased with his legal services.
Horrible experience dealing with Sneed Vine & Perry, do not recommend. We were charged ALMOST double (thousands) what was quoted without warning for a home title review. Doug Booth's explanation was that the estimated price was usually how much it costs, and I explained that when the workload got to the point where it was going past what it "usually" was, he should've given us a heads up.
