I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be repaired since 11/6/22 (67 days ago). I was assigned Sneed through my warranty company & they have been less than helpful. They first came to the house on 11/23. I opened the door and said “hi, how are you?” - he walked inside saying “where is the dishwasher”, no hello or introducing himself. He ordered a part, which was delivered to me & then I had to call to schedule a second visit.
