Gas oven igniter went out. My first serviceperson was a no show. I called Sneed and he came within a few hours. I had the part. Fair price and fast! My oven works now. Side note Samsung assembly strips the screws during manufacturing.

Their team was prompt, professional, and highly efficient, converting the appliance in no time. The service was excellent, and the pricing was fair. My repair technican was awesome! (I don't remember his name, sorry) He was on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he had the spare part that was needed for the job and fixed my microwave in one go. I'm very pleased with Sneed electrical and would definitely recommend them :) thank you!!
Washer still not fixed. Neighbor has had them come out multiple times with no resolution. Technician's interaction acted like he hated his job and customers. They have major customer service and communication problems.
