I’ve been coming to Sneads Ferry CrossFit the last few summers when we are on vacation. You feel like you are part of their community from the first time you are there. The coaches are so kind and always give you plenty of attention. They squeeze a lot of great things into their space. I brought my wife with me and she had never done CrossFit before. The coaches gave we a ton of attention. She had a great time. I’ll be coming back every year. Great spot.
Had an awesome drop-in experience at SFCF today with Coach Kate leading the way! She ran a fun, engaging, and well-structured class for me and my fellow Marines visiting for the week. Everything was scaled appropriately, the energy was high, and safety was clearly a priority. 10/10 — we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town. Coach Kate is top-notch!

Today was my first-ever CrossFit class, and Kate made it a fantastic experience. She greeted me warmly, already expecting me, and was very welcoming and knowledgeable. As a complete beginner, I appreciated how clearly she explained everything and how attentive she was during the workout.
