Traveling from New Hampshire, the guys at Sneads bailed us out BIG TIME, saved our vacation. Had brake problems on Skyline drive called over and they said they would see what they could do. They not only fixed the brakes they found a bad wheel hub and yes they showed me the defective hub before they pulled the tire not an upsell in a time of desperation. Highly recommend not many shops would take care of someone like that on a Friday afternoon.
DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN or someone of color. This place USED to be above board, but holy crap something has happened and now they're AWFUL. If they see a woman they are going to scam the hell out of you. They not only made my car worse, they then refused to fix the work they didn't do the first time. Then told me it was MY FAULT that the car that had none of these issues prior now had all these problems. Cannot thank these guys enough. Was on a trip 12 hours from home and they fit me in on a busy Monday and replaced my oil cooler. They did not need to, but it shows the type of people they are. As a bonus, they let my dog sit inside and enjoy the AC. Again, cannot thank them enough.
I'm a local customer and Snead's is my go-to automotive center. Call ahead, make an appointment, show up, and all is taken care of. Great service, fair prices, and no complaints. Highly recommended.
