Would give negative stars if I could. Took my car in January 2024 and September 2024 for tires (front one time and back another) have never went anywhere else for tires. My back tires are completely bald after putting well under 20,000 miles on them. Had this looked into and Snead’s put 2 smaller tires on my rear than my front! I've been going here for a few years now. I had them do some work on my old Honda and now I've bought a used BMW from them. I have been bringing it to them to help me get it it top shape. Older European cars can be a little problematic, but they've taken care of everything promptly and for a very fair price. I was even able to have them install parts I had ordered online, which most shops said no to. I will continue to use them, they've been great!
GREAT , amazing, quality work and customer service. Will never take my car anywhere else now!
They were outstanding from start to finish. I had to bring my Ram 1500 there for service work from the dealer that I bought the vehicle from. They explained everything thoroughly, showed me what was wrong, and they completed it in a timely manner while I waited in there really nice waiting room.
