We were having dripping from our 2 year old tankless water heaters. Of course when Adam showed up, he could not replicate the dripping. Not only was Adam so knowledgeable on my system, he thinks I may have cleared the problem up when I cleared the AC condensate line. So nice, no pressure, did not even charge me for the visit. I will definitely be calling them back any time I have a plumbing issue and recommending them to friends. And I will be asking for Adam. Great experience.
