Having moved into a new neighborhood, it is often difficult to find good people to help you with things that need to be fixed. Although our home passed its inspection, we noticed the water was not clear, and in fact, it was very dark in the icemaker tubing. Josh got here super quick and was able to diagnose the issue and fixed it on the spot. My toilet had 2 issues - the wax seal had given way cause it to flood and my toddler tossed a toy in there that added insult to ingery! Josh took care of everything and it's working great!!
The copper pipe before the faucet leaks. I dig the hole to reach the pipe before calling Mother Modern plumber. Technician cuts the pipe, caps it with a copper cap that's worth about $1, charge me $655. I ask him if reconnect the faucet, how much I have to pay additional. He said total charge is $955 ( I forgot the correct amount,but it's higher than $900 ) I ignored it. I go to Home Depot to buy $10 worth parts, reconnect the faucet within 30 minutes.
