We have had a very unpleasant experience with Sean. Our client who bought a lot from Sean where we are building the house has no water main to connect to. We called and texted Sean numerous times with no response, several weeks go by and he finally calls back and he gets upset with us for calling him and gives us yet another excuse for why the water main has yet to be provided. This should have been done months ago, instead will likely have a house built without any running water courtesy of Sean!
