Stucco right round a house patched a few times over by different people, and it showed. Northwest Stucco Repair & Painting explained why the previous patches had cracked, and it came down to the mix and the lath behind it, not the workmanship on the surface. i do restoration work myself and that matched what i had suspected. they took the failed areas back to the lath, refastened where it had come loose, and rendered the whole elevation in one go so there is no cold joint sitting in the middle of a wall. scratch coat, brown ... read more
had them redo the whole front of the house in stucco and the finish came out really clean. the texture is even all the way across, no weird patchy spots like our old exterior had. they painted it too and the color matches what we picked exactly. took a few days but the wall looks solid now, no cracks or thin areas anywhere. the guys clearly do this every day and the wall feels way more finished than before. glad we got the stucco and paint done together honestly saved us the hassle!

the exterior was looking rough and we knew it needed a full repaint plus some repair work before winter hit again. started looking around for companies in Des Plaines that actually specialize in stucco and not just general contractors who say they can do it. got a quote from Northwest Stucco and it was straightforward, no weird upsell stuff or vague pricing. they scheduled us pretty quick which was nice because i half expected to wait weeks. the crew showed up on time and just got to work, they prepped everything properly be... read more
