Extremely disappointing experience. There was no accountability or follow-up. I was told over the phone that they were “moving things around” and would call me back, but I never heard from them again. I had to chase them at every stage of the process. Communication was poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service.
I thoroughly recommend SNB. Leading into Xmas, the busiest time of the year they were exceptional in delivering a repair service to a 5yo Daikin unit. Chanelle was fantastic in Customer service and the technician who fixed the unit worked above and beyond expectations. Thanks all, and have no hesitation in recommending them.
I had SNB group install a ducted system in my home, they left my house nice and clean, very happy with the final product of the air conditioning system, will recommend their work to anyone that requires air conditioning to be completed.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the ducted air conditioning installation. The team was professional, the system works great, and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install a ducted air conditioning system.
