We had been very happy with Snazzy during the design phase of our project, but when we had to cancel the project due to some external factors in life, a stunning amount of unprofessional behaviour came out. After terminating the project, we asked for a closeout invoice that pays Snazzy for time spent against the deposit we placed to start the contract, and it's been more than 5 months and we still haven't received it. We worked with Snazzy to finish our kitchen remodel as well as a full bathroom renovation. The Snazzy team did a great job. Dalton took his time in the planning stage with us, going over every detail during multiple site visits. During the project, we were super impressed with their project manager, Alex.
