Bad service language tone
Horrible attitude when acquiring about a vehicle. Then proceeded to block me on all platforms when I told him he was soooo nice(obviously sarcastic).... what a sham.
I recently bought a car from this dealer, and it was a great experience! Robert was very nice, helpful, and honest about everything. He even let me test-drive the car without taking my ID, which shows how trustworthy he is. He was upfront about the repairs he had done, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable car and an honest dealer!
Robert Sold me a 2016 Ford Escape. With no prior warning signs, on the third morning of owning the vehicle it failed to turn over. Two shops we towed it to said the timing belt snapped and the whole engine needs to be replaced. The shop worked with Robert's warranty company, “Key Warranty” who said they were being "generous" by paying $3400 (the "trade-in value of the vehicle") for the engine to be replaced.
