Just drove all the way there for my appointment just to be told I was left a message that my appointment was cancelled. There was no such message. Dr Snavely barely cares about my mental health and changes my meds all the time IF I can get a hold of him. He doesn’t even know what meds I take and you’d think if you were a patient of his you’d know what meds they take. I’m really disappointed in my care. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Felt like there was a total lack of understanding and respect . He asks minimal questions and gives vague responses when you ask questions.

If your loved one has serious mental health issues DO NOT send them him. He is rude and has absolutely no compassion for the patient or the family and his bedside manner is the worst I have ever seen from a medical professional. He literally came in and attacked my love one about medication that was prescribed by her doctor rather then see what caused the incident he directly sent her to another facility. I have been with Dr Snavely for the last 10 years. I highly recommend him!.He has done a great job managing my medication, and has always been good about returning calls.
