I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to literally waste your time. I had an appointment with Cassidy for a custom facial. I had spoken to someone via ig message, and they recommended her and booked it for me! I confirmed multiple times via the text message system. I cannot recommend Snatched by Kay enough! I’ve been going there for my post-op lymphatic drainage massages , and the experience has been amazing every single time. Making my first appointment was so easy and smooth. Kassandra is truly the sweetest person ever. She is incredibly careful, gentle, and sensitive throughout the entire process, and she makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. She even makes you an arnica tea after your session! I came in for a snatched detox treatment and absolutely loved my experience. Kay is professional, welcoming, and incredibly skilled at what she does.
