I'm Caucasian and made the appointment for gypsy braids, I have short hair, she informed me that I needed at least 4 inches in length, I sent her pictures of my length...I had more questions about the process, the care, etc... SHE WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR TEXTS. I went in and she just started braiding (zero consultation) so I assumed my length was good.... Just because she’s African doesn’t mean she knows what’s she’s doing. Completely ruined my locs. I gave Carlita every opportunity to fix my hair and completely ignored my phone calls for three days. She should have given me my 300 back for completely damaging my hair. Carlita is aware as I have documentation and pictures! Please go to someone that is educated
