They are extremely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and rude. This organization continuously steals possessions and money from people's repossessed cars. They also lack any ounce of courtesy and are rude the second they answer the phone. They STEAL at snatch masters and the customer service is past horrible. The representatives from hell who answer the phone talk to you like you stole from them. The guy who works in the back for sure stole the items out of the car and lied and said whoever’s tows the car cleans it out. This place needs to be shut down. Look at how many times they have stole from people who cars they had in their possession in the reviews. I cant make this up when everyone is having the same experience with this company
