The food was amazing and delicious but once again why cant we get some real genuine customer service?
I've ordered multiple catering orders from this SLU location and they've all been great! Quality ingredients and well-made sandwich boxes. Hector was professional, accommodating, and even helped me to my car
Snarf's at the Grand location has fallen off. They do not seem to have the ability to multi-task. I understand that they prioritize large orders, but the old team could still process walk in orders efficiently. To tell a customer that there is a 45 minute wait at lunchtime is unacceptable. This has happened on multible occasions. If this is the direction that they are headed, it may be time to seek a better more reliable alternative.
I can’t believe they haven’t fixed how heavy the doors are still…… it’s ridiculous. Also the customer service has gone down. They say hi when you walk in, but no friendliness after that. Like talking to robots. Not sure if GM or owners changed but your workers seem unhappy.
