As a first time costumer who’s never ate at Snarfs before this is the worst costumer service place I’ve been to. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the girl with the dark braid and black headband. No name tag (of course), just constant glaring, nasty attitude, and pure hostility toward customers. Waited 20 min for a meatball sandwich. They apparently don’t have a good system to manage large catering orders. Restaurant empty
I love Snarfs, however this location made it their mission to put the least amount of meat on my sandwich as possible (I got maybe 3 tiny slices of ham). The cashier tried to steal my change and whispered "I bet he's too dumb to even notice" to one of his co-workers.
I wandered into this sandwich place because it was in the right place at the right time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I had a few questions since it was my first time here, and the young man at the register patiently walked me through the options and offered suggestions. The sandwiches are HUGE! Mine lasted for 4 meals and was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I had a prime rib one, and the meat was done perfectly, and the veggies were crisp and fresh.
