Thank you for your service today. I called in Friday from when I downloaded the app and whoever answered the phone. It was a lady and she said I could not use what I had on the app which was $5 off if I spent $10 or more. Thank you for honoring this today and giving me an additional percent off. My boyfriend came in and ordered two sandwiches for us. The gentleman at the register did not listen to instructions, and my boyfriend ended up having to repeat the order at least three times. The cashier also kept trying to ring him up and wouldn’t let him finish his order. He had to tell him to please let him finish his order before giving him a price! Afterwards, both of our sandwiches got totally messed up! Really disappointing. We won’t be returning.
I’ve been a long-time customer of Snarf’s Sandwiches, including being a top loyalty customer in 2025, and this was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I placed a paid pickup order ~30 minutes in advance. Ate here yesterday and ended up with food poisoning that lasted over 12 hours. Severe pain, nausea, and a completely ruined night. I strongly suggest reviewing food safety practices. This was not a minor issue.
