Ordered a sandwich just now and I feel like the person who made it put the right amount of ingredients in it and I asked for lightly toasted and I think they did that as well. And the customer service was great and I’m really hard to please. I’ve had a negative experience here with the ingredients, not being up to par with very light ingredients in the sandwich so I feel like it has gotten a little bit better or this particular employee Knew how to make a sandwich better.
Pretty bummed. Usually this place does pretty good. Today I ordered a BLT. After waiting 30 minutes, I left with my sandwich, went home and all I got some strips of bacon with a little bit of mayo on two pieces of bread. Im not driving back to have them fix it. Fair amount of cash for poor experience.
Good sandwich and really good bread, however they are about twice as expensive as Jimmy John's.
Danny, was absolutely top-notch! He really took the time to listen to my custom order and built it perfectly. He even noticed I bought a larger sandwich to save half for lunch tomorrow, so he suggested cutting it in half and leaving lettuce off one side so it wouldn’t get soggy. That is next-level customer service. Thanks, Danny, you rock!
