I've ordered to-go items from this location multiple times, and each experience has been a disappointment. More often than not, items are missing, and when I bring it up to the staff, I'm met with dirty looks and a slow response in fixing the issue. Most recently, I ordered a sandwich with avocado, but the staff forgot to add it. Instead of correcting the mistake right away, I was made to wait. Snarf’s makes the best sandwiches! I had a great experience with Mason at the Ken Pratt location. I recently ordered a sandwich with some unexpected hot peppers. I called to let them know honestly not expecting anything but to hopefully have them catch it next time. We’re all human and make mistakes. He went above and beyond to make it right! He was very responsive and kind which is rare these days. Thanks Mason!!!
