I have not been very impressed with their stair nosing or customer service. I own a flooring store and we recently had them make some stair nose out of the LVP used in the rest of a customer's new home. Within a couple of weeks (before the home was even occupied) all of the wear layer finish had begun to come off the radius of the nosing. When we called to ask them for help they told us it was not their problem that it was our LVP selection.
