So my son gets Snappy’s at the least 4 times a week. He got home with it and it look like they took everything out of the oven to soon. So he asked me to take it back and ask them to remake it. The girl calls the owner and said that there was no way it could be undercooked. First the customer is always right and if they pay for something they did not receive then remake it and no comments except sorry for that. Number 2, Did you even see the food to say it was undercooked? Poor management for sure!
My first time having Snappy Tomato Pizza. It was great. Just the right amount if sauce and toppings. Also ordered a garden salad. I haven't tried it yet but it looks delicious. Will be ordering from here again.
