Suppose to got free cheese bread with 35$ or more i put in the code didn't get it my order was 56$ I called and right away never looked and say sorry it didnt go thru bad service. Food was not hot use to be a good place with old management. Done ordering here..
Forgot my 2-liter then said I could do a store credit for it or they could deliver it, I told them whichever was easier for them and the guy on the phone said either way it is the same so I said just have their delivery driver bring it and they never brought it. $5 for a 2-liter I could’ve paid $2 literally anywhere else. The delivery driver Wayne is VERY RUDE and took FOREVER to deliver my pizza. I will not be ordering from here again
I ordered a build your own beast on 9/26/2025 and got the free medium cinnabread. Half was basically deluxe and half pepperoni. When I got home I found there was BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce. I called to let them know what had happened the lady was rude and told me that I had ordered the chicken BBQ. I told her I didn't and never have. I even told her I had selected normal sauce.
