This is the worst experience of my life with having my taxes done. I read the lady comment before and my,my am I going through the same shenanigans. This place needs to be shut down for how they treat people. I've been getting my taxes done since 1990 and never had any problems. However, after persisting not to leave until my taxes were keyed into the computer and given a copy; only to later find out that my tax ID# has been attached to someone else. If you want your taxes completed please do not go here. I will be super quick with my reasons why you should not waste your time. 1. I went to file my taxes in March then it did not get filed till May and it has been a month and I still do not know if my taxes were completed 2. We are all aware of the corona virus pandemic but they will not contact you or follow up with you on anything.
