The girl that did my hair was very rude. She’s the one with the coconut hair cut I think her name was Cindy. I was very unpleased. The utensils and the building all together was dirty. I’m very upset my hair is lopsided and is now falling out. It was not worth it I left crying. My husband and kids have been making fun of me all day. So I got my eyebrows done here and the person who performed the threading was awful at it. She had me waiting in a chair for like 30 mins while she looked up instructions on how to thread... . She completely took off the middle of my eyebrow and it looks like I have 3 now. Definitely wouldn't recommend and wouldn't even send my worst enemies to come get anything done also I think her name was Cindy.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely dirty! A roach crawled across my shoe! Didn’t stay to get a service way too filthy. Do not recommend. I believe this place is in serious violation of health and safety.

Cindy is AMAZING!!! I live in Erie and will travel for a haircut from her!!! If you want a great haircut for a MORE then reasonable price then I 100% recommend Snappy Snippers. She is a very very kind person.
